CYKP Lounge (Shek Mun)
The custom design private lounge area can comfortably cater for 12 people (or more depending on the type of private function, such as finger food and drinks / cocktails the private lounge can comfortably cater for more people) with various features and amenities which include

Relax at the lounge area which has a large 3 seater Chesterfield Sofa with 2 single seat sofa upcycled from airplane aluminium skin around a round glass top coffee table upcycled from a ships propeller; this piece is literally unmoveable due to the weight of the solid piece of steel that has been machined down to make this base of the coffee table. This unique area is a cosy English inspired design corner where you and your guests can sit and chat comfortably. There is an Devialet Phantom II 95DB Wireless Speaker in the corner which can either be used to provide ambient music for the entire lounge or soft enough for just this lounge area. The area has been designed to be “expanded” where the dining table chairs used as extra seats to cater for more people to mingle at the lounge area.
Eat and / or work at the 6 person dining table which is lit by a chandelier and facing a flat large 55″ flat screen monitor with an AI powered WebCam that can be used for web video conferencing. If required you can utilise the CYKP Microsoft Windows laptop tablet (Surface Go) to host your web conferencing, or use your own laptop which can connect to the flat screen either via Screen Cast or an HDMI cable. The Insta360 Link WebCam can be utilised for your web conference, wither using the CYKP laptop tablet or connect directly to your laptop using the USB-C cable (which also provides power), a Bluetooth conferencing speaker is also available if required. There is a complementary use of the Wi-Fi which is running an Linksys Mesh running WiFi 6 with services the entire lounge and is connected to the Internet via a 1gb fibre connection.
There is a “bar” area between the dining area and the kitchen with 3 high chairs which can be used as a small break out area or an area for the placement of a spread of finger food. There is a compact Nespresso coffee machine with capsules available, but more interestingly, over this bar area is the CYKP whiskey and liqueur!
The kitchenette is equipped with an built in steam oven, a dish washing machine, fridge, kettle and a hot plate top and sink; with enough cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils to cater for 12+ people. The kitchenette can reheat various types of foods, either steaming, oven bake or in a pot; however cooking is not permitted due to the open kitchen design.
The lounge is fully equipped with 4 different sizes of wine glasses for the different types of wines that to be consumed; these include large Burgundy glasses, Bordeaux style glasses, standard white wine glasses and slimmer champagne flutes; wine decanters, chill ice bucket and whiskey glasses are also available inside the beautifully lit wine glass cabinet.
Hidden away at the back behind the wine glasses cabinet is the cigar room which has a 2-seater sofa and a single seater recliner surrounding a small table where you can enjoy your cigar and beverage of choice. There are cigar lighters, cigar cutters and cigar ash tray available in the cigar room which has it’s own ventilation fan to extract the smoke.
