Wine brings people to live together, having a common topic of discussion of the wine itself with style. Purchasing wine is a life journey… from browsing in a cellar to searching details online to joining a wine auction… however with all this joy there is one headache, “where to store all my joy”?
We have designed an exclusive secure wine storage facility which provides a 24×7 “self-service” using digital locks with an temperature control environment for your wine. You access the wine storage facility and your personal wine storage room via a digital key (x2) or using your personal combination pin. The wine storage facility is conveniently located in a commercial building with direct car park access without the need of taking troublesome cargo lifts. There is a 24×7 car park facility operated by Wilson Parking with ample loading dock space with temporary car park areas to load/un-load your wine to your vehicle. At the lobby within the wine storage facility are trolleys that you can borrow to ease your load/un-load your wines to your vehicle.
The wine storage facility has a 24×7 surveillance system with security footage stored for up-to 30 days and “auto notification” of any access to the wine storage facility to the operator to ensure the wine storage facility is secure. IoT sensors are installed throughout the wine storage facility to track and alert any abnormal situations throughout the wine storage facility.
Each private wine storage room can hold 600+ 750ml wine bottles* (regardless of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne bottles etc) using custom designed wine shelves with temperature controlled by an individual Daikin air conditioner operated 24×7. The tops of each private wine storage room is not “sealed” to allow cross ventilation throughout the wine storage facility.
Each wine shelf can hold 27 750ml wine bottles in a “front and back” configuration and stacked 3 rows high. Each private wine storage room has 20 (5×4) wine shelves with an additional 580mm storage underneath each column of the wine shelves (x4) to store any wine you would like to keep in it’s OWC. There is additional space above the wine shelves to store any empty OWC you would like to keep.
To ensure your wines are securely held in place, each wine shelf has grooves for your bottle to be held in place; vertical pillars at the back of each shelf to ensure bottles are held in place; a “front lip” to ensure the bottles do not slip out and there is reinforced rebar inside each of the wine shelves to ensure no “sagging” over time.
