    • Aroma Characteristics:
      • Primary: Red fruits (surprisingly), Red Cherry, White Pepper, Mint, Eucalyptus
      • Secondary: Smoke, Vanilla, Toast, Clove
      • Tertiary: Mushroom, Earth, Forest Floor (lots of tertiary aroma)
    • Development: Developing

    PALATE

    • Sweetness: Dry
    • Acidity: Medium(+)
    • Tannin: Medium (Very integrated and smooth)
    • Alcohol: Medium (13.5%), felt High
    • Body: Medium(+)
    • Flavour Intensity: Pronounced
    • Flavour Characteristics: Similar to nose
    • Finish: Long

    CONCLUSION

    • Quality: Very Good
    • Readiness for drinking / Potential for aging: Can drink now, but has potential for aging
