- Primary: Red fruits, Raspberry, Strawberry, Black Pepper
- Secondary: Smoke, Vanilla, Toast, Clove
- Tertiary: Mushroom, Earth, Prune
- Development: Developing
PALATE
- Sweetness: Dry
- Acidity: Mediun(+)
- Tannin: Medium (Very little on the gum)
- Alcohol: Medium (13.5%)
- Body: Medium
- Flavour Intensity: Medium(+)
- Flavour Characteristics: Similar to nose
- Finish: Medium(+) (close to long, around 18 seconds)
CONCLUSION
- Quality: Very Good
- Readiness for drinking / Potential for aging: Can drink now, but has potential for aging
