NOSE
- Intensity: Medium
- Aroma Characteristics:
- Primary: Red fruit dominate, such as strawberry, raspberry
- Secondary: Vanilla, cedar; nice oak flavours
- Tertiary: Bottle aging tertiary flavours like mushroom, forest floor, dried raspberry
- Development: Developing
PALATE
- Sweetness: Dry
- Acidity: Medium
- Tannin: Medium
- Alcohol: Medium
- Body: Medium
- Flavour Intensity: Medium(+)
- Flavour Characteristics: Same as the nose
- Finish: Medium(+) to Long
CONCLUSION
- Quality: Very Good (almost Outstanding, maybe in a few more year)
- Readiness for drinking / Potential for aging: Can drink now, but has potential for aging
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Very nice Burgundy, but with aging will improve… I still have 11 more bottles…
