- Intensity: Medium to Medium(+) -> more Medium (+)
- Aroma Characteristics:
- Primary: Red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, plum
- Secondary: Coffee, Cedar, Cloves, vanilla
- Tertiary: Earth, Mushroom, Forest Floor
- Development: Developing
PALATE
- Sweetness: Dry
- Acidity: Medium(+)
- Tannin: Medium(-)
- Alcohol: Medium, 13%
- Body: Medium
- Flavour Intensity: Medium(+)
- Flavour Characteristics: Similar to the nose but with more tertiary, the longer it breath the more tertiary notes
- Finish: Long (over 20s)
CONCLUSION
- Quality: Very Good
- Readiness for drinking / Potential for aging: Can drink now, but has potential for aging
