    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bottle breathed, started drinking after an hour and finished within two hours. Did have a small taste just after opening the bottle and it was very good upon opening. After breathing, the red fruit flavours did come out more, but there was not a significant difference from the first small taste to the final glass.

Paired this bottle over dinner with a pork tomahawk and roasted veggies.

    Pork Tomahawk

A bottle that should be aged longer, to get more complex flavours; but for this price would you get a Burgundy red?
